MacOSXのウィンドウシステムとルックアンドフィールの変更方法はありますか？

Does anyone know how to change the window system and look and feel of MacOSX? Hopefully I want to use something like Win9X or GNOME.

I think Mac PC is excellent as an integrated system of software and hardware. However I can't be used to operating the UI...

どなたがご存知でしたら教えてほしいのですが、MacOSXのウィンドウシステムとルックアンドフィールを変更する方法はあるのでしょうか？できれば、Win9X系かGNOMEのようなものがいいです。

ソフトとハードがうまく統合されたPCだと思うのですが、どうもUIには慣れないのです。。。
