How to Install gpsbabel-1.3.6 on CentOS-5.2

1. yum install expat-devel
2. wget http://www.gpsbabel.org/plan9.php?dl=gpsbabel-1.3.6-0.src.rpm
3. rpmbuild --clean --rebuild gpsbabel-1.3.6-0.src.rpm
4. rpm -ivh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/gpsbabel-*.rpm

If the expat-devel package doesn't exist, an error "error: 'gtc_rd_deinit' undeclared here (not in a function)" is caused.
